Ok, so this session was actually supposed to be last year, but we ended up rescheduling to this year!
Heidi wanted a lifestyle session…which I LOVE doing!
I honestly think these are some of my favourite sessions. They’re so real. This is how families really are and I love seeing the raw emotions that come with it!
No need to put on the fancy clothes or be on best behaviour (because lets face it, with kids that doesn’t happen for very long).
I’ve known this family for quite a few years already and it’s been wonderful getting to know them and see their family grow!
So, Kaldon and Heidi…I hope I captured your family accurately enough! I had a blast working with you guys!!
When Andy & Lucy showed up to the session with their boys, Easton & Shane, I could not believe how much they had grown!
It’s been 1 year since I photographed them last and what a difference 1 year makes! They’re both still as handsome as ever, and they both have such unique personalities!
Andy & Lucy, thank you so much for allowing me to take these photos for you! I had a blast photographing your beautiful family!
Karmyn & Matt had their baby girl!!!
And just like her sister Keynen, this little one decided that her due date was the perfect day to come!
Little Miss Gia…what can I say, this little girl is an absolute sweetheart!!
I’m so happy that this little lady finally made her appearance!
We had to do her session in two parts as daddy wasn’t available during the day. So for the 2nd part of her session, she just wasn’t having it.
But that’s ok! I got to play with and read to Keynen!
I just love this family to pieces!! And I can’t wait until their October wedding!!
Here I go again…having two summer babies makes for a crazy June & July! But as crazy as it is, it’s a blast!! On July 9th, my Bailey turned 9 (yes…9!!! I feel so old!!)
Bailey didn’t want me to take a lot of pictures, but his one request was that we had some taken with his new longboard! I was happy to oblige!
I think I say this every year…but I seriously can’t believe that my little girl is 5! She is such a calm and cautious child, yet so talkative and full of life!
She starts kindergarten in September, and I’m having a hard time letting her go. I know she’s going to thrive and have an amazing time, yet this mama just doesn’t want to let her baby go!
But I guess that’s what they do…they grow up! So without stalling anymore…here is my little princess!

June 25th was a day the 2014 class of Morden Collegiate won’t forget! GRADUATION DAY! Your high school graduation is the first huge milestone a person hits!
13 years of hard work and dedication all lead up to that day when you suit up or put on that gorgeous dress (the one that you spent hours searching for; trying on dozens before it, only to put it on and say YES!); take pictures with your friends and family; put on that cap (ladies…you remember…the one that crushed your hair!) and gown; walk across that stage and receive that one piece of paper that says…You did it!
Brenna…I wish you all the best in your coming years! Enjoy this time!! This is your time to shine!
Thank you for allowing me to tail you for this extremely important day! I’m beyond proud of you (as well as the rest of your graduating class!)! You did it!!
I couldn’t believe that the time had come for maternity photos for Karmyn again! Their little girl is due on June 21st! So that would make her 2 weeks before her due date at the time of the session! She looks AMAZING!!!
I can’t wait to meet this little lady and spend some cuddle time with her!!
This wedding was rather near and dear to my heart. My hubby’s youngest brother got married to an absolutely amazing woman!!
After a whirlwind courtship and engagement, they tied the knot 7 months after they first met!
Ti’an had such a specific idea of the look she was going for and I have to say, she executed it perfectly!!
A beautiful mix of country chic with a bit of redneck (odd I know…but it really worked!) Their ceremony was by far one of the most emotional and moving wedding ceremonies that I’ve been to.
I usually don’t tear up during the ceremony…but this one I totally did!
So, Nick & Ti’an…I wish you two a lifetime of happiness!! Congratulations!!
